Utterly exhausted.

But don't worry, SparkFriends - it has nothing to do with eating right and exercising!

It has to do with work.I really can't elaborate, but by the end of the week, I'm emotionally and physically drained. (It has nothing to do with the job itself, my supervisors, nor the students. I love all three.) I didn't sleep as good last night, either, so now that I'm home... I'm going to have a little food and take a nap.

I know, I know, I'm not supposed to nap if I have sleep issues at night. But literally, I'm wiped of all energy. I plan on sticking to my fitness agenda today but just get to it later.

So I got most of my ingredients at your run of the mill grocery store for dinner tonight. I just need to get Quinoa and Baby Spinach at Trader Joe's when I go later. (And the other things I want to get at Trader Joe's.) Last night I had Korean Kimchi from Trader Joe's with some pita bread. It. was. heavenly. There is a Korean Quesadilla that my college had that I used to eat almost daily -- but it was HUGE and I'm sure very fattening. I want to make a smaller version somehow at some point. But for now, having Kimchi with pitas hits the spot.
