Catching Up

The last few weeks have been very hectic. I did run a 5K Turkey run on Thanksgiving Day. Had a lot of fun! I am on schedule to run a 10K Saturday morning. I hope the rain holds off until after the race.

This time of year is very difficult for me in regards to eating. I am really trying to stay focused on eating healthy. When I do give in to indulgence I stop myself before it gets out of control and the next few days I get back on track with eating food that is good for me. There are several parties coming up so my mantra has become "Eat for the body you want, not for the body you have" and that has helped me a lot.
