Chair Aerobics

Between line dancing and chair aerobics I'm seeing a little difference. I haven't lost the weight, but I did see a difference in my measurements, or at least the waiste measurements. I'll keep working at it and eventually will see the difference over all. At least now I feel like I'm accomplishing something.

    I love the seated fitness videos and articles by Coach Nicole.
    My Dr recommended I start there . . . and it has worked!
    And I agree . . . just keep it moving!

    The more you move, the more you are able to move. Overcoming inertia is the hardest part. Overcoming the mind is the next step! Good on you for looking past the scale!
