Post workout pain

...I'm feeling it! Jillian Michaels did a number on my buns and thighs yesterday. While I LOVE her workouts, I've decided her cool down session isn't near long enough. So I'm going to have to do more than what she does.

Day 5 of the 100 day challenge: Did devo, stretching, and 6 out of 8 glasses of water in yesterday. I'm really gonna push to get the full 8 glasses in today.

My son seems to finally be on the mend from the stomach virus he has been fighting for nearly 2 weeks. Poor kiddo has been miserable for a while. I'm glad to see he's getting better.

Alright, time to go have another awesome day!
