I feel so much better. Still a little hoarse, but I can deal with that.

My appetite isn't 100% yet, I am not eating that much, but that will improve with time... that being the case, I am focusing on "quality" right now.

I didn't eat breakfast so you could say I did IF from 8pm Tuesday for a
total of: 16 hours IF

L: 2 roasted chicken thighs / Trader Joes: country potatoes/Harticot Vert French green beans (about 20 carbs)

D: Large baby spinach salad with: 3 pcs of crumbled bacon, tomatoes, cucumbers, chives, red, yellow, green & orange peppers, organic shredded cheese and topped with raspberry nectar salad dressing, high in Omega 3

Lemon/ginger green tea

If I get hungry later, I have pumpkin, sunflower seeds & pecans to snack on.

Well, time to prepare for work tomorrow, then relax a bit and look at Boston Legal Season 5. See you tomorrow... "have a great evening!" emoticon
