Lose 10 pounds
-restrict calories to 1200-1300 per day
-exercise at least 60 minues 6x week
-limit going out to dinner and no martinis for this month

    WooHoo, You are as tough on yourself as I am, working out 6 days a week! I wish I could get by on 1200-1300 cals per day.

    Maybe it's time to up the anti and limit myself to 1300.
