For some reason I have been hungry all the time! I've not been the best either. I've snacked the last two nights and I really need to get it together! I think part of the problem is that we've been eating around 5:00-5:30 PM. That's early for my family. I'll be ready, though. emoticon Tonight it's hot green tea when the cravings hit!

    If you are snacking out of true hunger, perhaps try saving part of your dinner for later (or part of the calories allotted to diner)?

    Sometimes I've split meals. With my job not usually having breaks, eating habits are terrible. Will take in 800 to 1000 calories at late lunch 2PM, 300 cal snack at work and 300 at home 3AM.
    On my days off it is really difficult to balance calories. Will do 600 cal lunch, 600 dinner, and 600 for snack. If I know I will be getting hungary, have down time, or meal changes then I shave calories form each meal and make snack another meal. emoticon

    Or, mabye your body just really wants to get feed. emoticon emoticon

    We set up a kitchen closed time recently and I've been struggling to avoid it. I know it's for a good reason, but some days.... emoticon

    Fiber and drinking a lot of water and herbal tea have helped me with the hunger for sure.

    make sure you are getting enough fiber. Adding some more veggies to dinner will keep you full longer with very few extra calories.

    Can you add a small snack later in the evening - around when you are used to eating dinner? That could help a lot.

    I doubt if tea will do it for you!! At least try some crackers with it. Are you sure you're eating enough for your weight loss?
