Ok so I did not do my work out this morning, but I WILL DO IT WHEN I GET HOME…..I SWEAR!! I’m not quitting……I REFUSE! It is just so much easier to get up so damn early and get into it when there is someone doing it with you! This morning the husband would have had to gotten up at 3 am to fit a hour long work out in this morning and be to work no later than 5. He woke me up at 4:30 so I could workout……but after he left I fell back to sleep on the couch! LOL!! If I would have gotten up and put on my workout clothes as soon as I woke up it would have been fine! LOL! Oh well…..I will do that from now on FOR SURE! Perhaps even sleep in my workout clothes…….. too far? LOL! Seriously though….. I need to get my head out of my ass and stick to my morning routine…..alone or not!! NO EXCUSES……JUST RESULTS.

Went to the Doc yesterday and I have only lost 3 pounds this month!! I was shocked! Because my body looks so much smaller! I even fit in to a 12 now and they are getting to be big! WOOP WOOP! LOL!! So that is a total of 18 pounds I have lost since I started low carbing again and working out…..been less then 2 months total. So for normal dieting that’s great! For KK it’s slow…but I haven’t really been sticking to the guidelines so it’s all good. Besides I know I have built muscle so…..YAY FOR ME! LOL!

Time to get serious about my eating, especially since it looks like I’m going to be losing super slow with this workout program. I’m not willing to not workout so I will just have to focus on the task at hand….which is Abs!! LOL!!! EAT TO LIVE NOT LIVE TO EAT!
