Day 23: moving towards my goal

I should mention that I found SP when I was losing weight already. I started the 10th of September when my scale reached 82 kg. It was too much. I really like to do active stuff outside such as hiking, walking or swimming, but I noticed that my shape is not the same anymore. It took me longer to climb hills, I was sweating like a pig and out of breath after a half-an-hour- walk. Swimming was still not a big deal, but I noticed that I need changes.
So I joined a gym nearby and I started a diet. I lost around 6 kg, when I was demotivated to exercise and bored eating the same food week over week. Then I found SP and my motivation came back to me. It changed my opinion on things I eat. I don't see it as a diet anymore. I see it as a healthy eating. I found so many delicious and healthy recipes here, tried new grains, vegetables, fruits and other things. I started to eat food I didn't like before, but when I tried it now, it tasted amazing.
During these past weeks I went to the gym and walked a lot more than before. And reading all these posts, blogs and success story I realised I can reach my goal.
Although it might be slower than I expected as I am moving to another country in January, so all the trips and time I will need to adapt can slow down my progress. But I believe that I will be able to stay on track, to eat healthy, to exercise and enjoy my life.

    You can maintain a healthy lifestyle no matter where you live. You are doing a great job of it now and I believe you will continue to do so in your new location. Just keep up the exercise.
