Banishing the scale

Today I am banishing the scale. I am literally having to force myself to stay off and only weigh myself on the designated day per week. I know that some people only weigh once a month. I don't think that I can go that long without checking my progress, but I do know that I need to stop jumping on it three times a day. Talk about adding unnecessary stress!
