Well Sparkpeople, its been a while since I've logged on to this site but I'm so glad I chose to do it today. I was feeling kind of heavy and wanted to recommit myself to working on my weight by exercising and paying more attention to the foods that I eat. At first I was feeling pretty discouraged and seriously lacking motivation but all of that changed when I checked out my sparkpeople profile page where I had posted pictures of myself and my weightloss progress since 2009. When I weighed myself this morning I was 181 lbs. My goal right now is to get down to 170lbs. When I checked out my pictures I was encouraged to see that even though I haven't been focused on losing weight over these last few months, I still have not gained back much of the weight that I've lost since 2009. Yayy!! So even though I feel like I'm starting over....I'm really not. I'm more so picking up where I left off. Thank you Sparkpeople!!!

    Welcome back. If you're like me at all, in the beginning it felt like I was struggling every day, then I became injured and could only do limited amounts to keep up. I was here, but not feeling all the way in until I healed and found the same as you, my weight gain was minimal. And it's an awesome feeling to know that I was actually learning from all the trial and error. You've graduated to a new level on your journey. Keep pushing and emoticon emoticon emoticon
