    Been doing this for quite some time. It's really just a convenience thing for me. I've always skipped breakfast and 6+ meals per day created calorie adherence problems.

    All I can say is that it gets easier. I used to be able to skip breakfast, no problem. By lunch, I was ravenous. I just pushed out 15 minutes at a time for a bit. One week instead of lunching at noon, I hit 12:15, then 12:30, etc. Now I can fast 18-20 hours without too much trouble.

    Also, I do NOT IF every day. I usually do it 4-5 days a week, sometimes less. It has been a great boon for lifestyle and adherence. It's not for everyone, but it's for me.

    Good luck, I have fasted for religous reasons it is nice occasionally
