Live Fit Diet - bites the dust

I thought I was gonna be able to eat this plan but its killing me. I blew up like I was 40 months pregnant and my diverticulosis got all inflamed and I have been in pain for 2 weeks. I tried to stick with it and let my body adjust but its just not going to. Thus, I am going to return to eating my beans, salad, rice, chicken regimin that I was on to get my gut back in order. I am going to stay in the group and continue to do the workouts. I am already starting to see definition in my legs and shoulders. Hooray for that!

    I had to modify because of allergies and intestinal issues. I continue to play with things to find the perfect balance for my body. Some things that caused issues in the first round are not a problem now. Because of the food allergies I have always had to tweak stuff. Keep listening to your body. Some days I need more carbs, some days I need more fat or protein...even trying out different foods within each group. You know your body best:)

    Lots of people have had to adapt the diet. Just sticking to clean and lean is the important thing, no the exacts of what she says each meal. Do check out the calorie range when you get to week 6 or 7....
