Trying really hard to work out 10 minutes a day at least. My goal is 45 on the days I have "scheduled" cardio, and then on my "off" days to do at least ten. I'll have my rest days if I need them, but ten minutes isn't that hard to do, so I'd like to maintain that if I can.
I've been doing pretty well - some days are tricky because with timing and daycare I can't always make it to the gym. I need to be better about motivating myself to work out at home, and I'm trying. Today I did two ten minute videos from Coach Nicole - who I like working out "with" because she talks during them, and it takes my mind off what I'm doing. (I also love when she tells me I'm almost done, lol)
So, here's hoping I can keep it up.
