I have no idea what my problem is lately but I'm constantly hungry. I can't seem to get full. Ever since Sunday I've just been hungry. I've been making sure I'm eating breakfast and trying to stay within my calories but it's not working.

So today for example I had a breakfast casserole for breakfast, a banana and low fat popcorn for a snack, a turkey sandwich with left over veggies for lunch, and an orange for another afternoon snack. For dinner I had a tossed salad with italian dressing, and teriyaki chicken with rice for dinner.

I'm going to try really hard to stay close to my calories but it's hard. I don't know if I need more fiber or what. I got enough protein and fat in my diet today so that's not a problem. I'm just hoping I can figure it out though. It's hard enough to lose weight while sticking to my calories without worrying about still being hungry.

    i eat roasted seaweed you cna have 30 sheets for 30calories
    peanutbutter sandwhich always fills me right up maybe try one somtime this week see if it helps.

    Also maybe you are burning calories and need the food add just one extra snack a fiber bar or somthing you should not be left hungry.
