Today went overall well! I made some good decisions during the times of stress. Planned well. Went for a run. Overcame my urge to eat fried rice for dinner tonight.
Not that I wont ever eat it again, but tonight I wanted to reward my body with a healing Clean Greens shake after my run. Glad I did. Now off to the shower!

I did meet my goals of 100oz water and a clean green shake. One more thing I am adding to my healing journey is to limit my coffee to 2 cups a day, which is what my nutritionist said was no problem for my adrenal function. So I have 3 things I am implementing as goals for this first week. Little changes or I feel deprived and seem to really go off the deep end, staying gone for way too long to make progress.
