    What's wrong with a lil' vodka or rum with it? With that accent, you can get away with it and it sounds absolutely lovely.
    Waking up in the dark is just wrong on so many levels. ew.

    I tried an egg Florentine with spinach and it sounded weird, but, it was so scrumptious! I need to try and make it.

    I'm sorry your close friend has moved. It changes so many everyday dynamics. It has a ripple effect into every facet of our lives, but, it's worth it to have had the time your did.

    Vlogging works when there isn't an audience. If you had company you would need to have virtual visits like this and that would be a bummer, cuz, I love virtual visiting my SparkPeeps.

    Wooo, girl! Party hard! 7 a.m.?! I haven't done that in YEARS. Haha... sounds like fun though, glad you got to spend time with your friend even though it's sad that she's moving away. You can always visit Malaysia, right? ;) I know this week wasn't ideal but like you said, you went to the gym twice and stayed conscious of your food and drink! That's still really great and your plan for next week sounds solid.

    Cheers to your goals, you're doing fabulous. Also, to answer you question from my last vlog - I'm only going to the gym twice a week right now for super intense cardio. Then 4 days a week I'm working out at home to pilates and cardio videos (the Blogilates ones I mention) and then I rest on Sunday. I'm doing well exercising at home, which is new for me! In the past, if I didn't go to the gym I would get way too lazy to actually work out at home but the workout calendar is keeping me honest.

    Anyway! Let's keep it up throughout December, only 21 days until Christmas and I know we can both stay on track! ;)
