Last Chance workout

Today is last chance workout. Tomorrow is weigh in. I am excited and nervous too. I feel like I have a loss, but only the scale will tell. I want to push it a little harder today during workout since I have to weigh in tomorrow. Let's do this!

Blogging has helped me to stay focused. I know that if I have any thoughts that are rumbling around in my head, than I can just blog about them. I enjoy the catharsis and am so thrilled when there are comments to my blog! (Makes my day!)

Still haven't gotten around to do the stretching and yoga. My body is pretty still and I need to losen up. I am not limber at all. I used to be flexible as a teen and young adult, but now I am just a pile of stiffness. I will do my best to make that a priority today.

I still need to go to the store to get the cucumber for the water. I am aching to try that! I did buy some apples so I have a snack now in case I get the munchies. Did not eat chips last night, so I am proud of myself!

We have a ton of spaghetti that I made, and I need to eat it. I hate to waste food. I need more veggies. My friend, Dee, mentioned some of the foods that she eats and man! It sounded so fresh and healthy! No wonder she lost 7 pounds this past week! (Great job, Dee!)

Started my new hobby of bracelet making. My husband told me to find a manufacturer of parts online, and I never thought of that! I will do just that!

Family life is good. Claudia had a ton of homework last night! Victor is acting better. Husband Ismael is a wonderful partner and friend.

One more day and I can measure my progress from last week. I am excited! I think that I am getting the hang of this!

    emoticon No matter what the scale has to say, you have been moving your body more and fueling it with better stuff so you are getting better each day!

    I know my scale doesn't move much anymore, but the measuring tape shows that changes are still happening.
