What's changing

Today's assignment was to list ways that I feel different now that I've adopted a healthy lifestyle. I think the biggest improvement is that I have more energy (although right now I'm tired, so this will be short). My clothes fit better. I was able to pull out some pants that I packed way. They all fit, a couple are still a little snug. However they're spring pants, so I'm confident that by spring I'll be able to wear them. Another HUGE change is that I do some type of exercise every day. I found knowing that I'm going to workout every day is easier than wondering if today is the day I'm going to workout. There's no thought about it. It's just part of my day, no different from showering or eating lunch. Plus I look forward to it! For me that's huge. Now I guess I better call it a night so I have the energy to get through my day tomorrow.
