Today was a very quiet day. Began the morning at the gym as planned and then met the hubby at the rental car place. So thankful the van is fixed as it is so much more comfy to drive. I helped the kids change their bed linens and then washed the dirty ones up. Worked through school with them and got through without any grumbling from any of us. For lunch I tried a gluten/egg free pancake mix I found at the convention in Chicago and used cinnamon applesauce. Very tasty, but so heavy and a bit too crumbly. I only tasted a bite as I planned to enjoy my leftovers from yesterday. In the afternoon I was able to enjoy a long nap and then I made homemade pizza for supper. After that I got some more done on my James bible study.

Tomorrow I will take the dogs to the vet around 8 a.m. and leave them there for there dentals. Will be quieter around here without the hounds running around all day! The only other thing on the schedule is schoolwork with the kids. I'm sure something else will come up, but no idea what that will be!

No soda consumed! I made a new pitcher of iced tea and stuck to that and plain water all day.

I spied you on the treadmill as I was leaving my weight class ... You are looking AWESOME! Keep up your good work!

I'm not sure what the food arena looks like at your house but here's a recipe for deep dish pizza that has no bread AT ALL the I've started making for our house. It is delicious and it's really hard to tell that the crust isn't bread!
