I started keeping track of my Daily Goals. My results from last week:
No Cheese Binges
Take a few minutes for myself
Smile / Laugh
Close Enough that I'm still counting it a win:
No Snacking after 7:30p.m.
Drink at least 2 bottles of water
Hit the Gym
Feeling pretty good with my results! Just have to keep it up. Unfortunately, I'm off to a lousy start this week. Was rushed this morning and didn't fit in my stretching routine, did not make a healthy choice at lunch (honest to God, I didn't even see the salad options!), and all the way home, thought to myself, "I will go the gym, I will go to the gym." Nope. Walked in the door and decided not to go. Am not feeling too guilty. It was long day and not only do I feel exhausted, but I really worked out my core yesterday and I'm still sore (the good kind of sore). Figured I better not overdo it.
