Day 3-Overweight to Athletic-Choices

Now that I've started my transformation, I'm becoming more and more alert and aware of all the choices a person can make throughout each day.
Each positive good food choice I make builds confidence and discipline. It feels good!
Utilizing My Nutrition tracker and a food schedule is going to play a vital role in my success I can tell. It is a form of accountability which I know I need. And no doubt moving the transformation process up the life priority list is a must.
The first couple of weeks will be about awareness of my eating habits. It's already an eye opener! Realizing how many calories I was actually eating each day. My tummy is a growling at times but I think it will get better once it starts to shrink!
Today I had a little vision of me reaching my goal and feeling great!
Gotta pick up the exercise and burn those calories!!
