Day 33- 35 Live Fit

It has been an interesting few days so here is a recap for you
Day 33
Today was suppose to be shoulders and cardio but a friend needed help with her kids and I had some obligations to do after school so I did not get to workout- but I did make sure to eat very healthy the whole day and to move as much as I could.
Day 34
Here I doubled up and did the shoulder exercises from day 33 and the leg exercises from day 34- but I was not able to do the cardio because literally after the leg workout my legs were shaking so I knew I could not do any cardio. But I spent pretty much the rest of the day running around and doing errands and cleaning the house. It was a busy day for sure. Here are the exercises did
Military Press 4 sets of 10
Upright Dumbbell Rows- 3 sets of 10
Standing Military Press- 3 sets of 10

INcline bench front dumbbell delt raises- 3 sets of 10
rear delt flys- 3 sets of 10
lateral raises- 3 sets of 10
Rear Delt Raises- 3 sets of 10
Seated Leg Curl- 3 sets of 10
Leg extensions- 3 sets of 10
Barbell Lunges- 3 sets of 10
Abductor Machine- 3 set of 10
Lying Leg Curls- 3 sets of 15
Adductor Machine- 3 sets of 15

Stiff Leg Deadlift-3 sets of 10
Single leg barbell squat- 3 sets of 10
Leg Press- 1 giant drop set to failure
Seated Calf raises- 3 sets of 20
Standing calf Raises- 3 sets of 20

Day 35
This was a rest day and another very busy day. Doing things around the house in morning, getting my son's hair cut, then family pictures (which took 2.5 hours because the studio was backed up), then grocery shopping, then I spend the next 5 hours cooking most of the meals for the week and cleaning the kitchen. I did not eat great because it was so sparatic but it was by no means horrible
Unfortunately when I weighed in on Sunday I had not lost anything. I was sad because I thought for sure that I when I added in cardio I would see more good results. I am hoping to see a change this week and I am going to just keep doing what I am doing and doing my best at everything I can do.
Today is another busy day (this whole week is kind of crazy) but I have scheduled in working out so it wont be a problem. I am going to try to get up a little earlier in the morning and do 15 minutes of cardio atleast three times this week. I will keep everyone informed of how it is going.
