WEEK 1- some ups and downs

So during my first week. I have had a lot of up's and downs. But I promised myself I would make some changes, so I am. Instead being down when something comes up that usually would damper me throughout the day, I would make sure to stay positive- EVEN if it meant talking to myself out loud stating that " IT WILL BE OKAY". Now I haven't been able to completely stop smoking- BUT I did cut back at least 1/2 of what I used to smoke. I have lost 3.8 pounds this week!!!! This last week I made the 3 small goals, and I stuck to them- so I am going to make three new goals.... and see where I am at next Monday! GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!! If I can DO IT, so CAN YOU! emoticon
