Starting week 10: A Little late...

Well I know it's now Monday, not Sunday. But I was crazy busy yesterday, and then by the time I was finished with everything for the day, I was feeling so bad that I forgot to post a blog.
I have pretty much been sick since about 3 days after thanksgiving... I'm not sure what it is, but I'm guessing I caught something from someone we visited with, and with my messed up immune system, it's hitting me hard.

Unfortunately I don't have any progress to report this week. Since I've been sick I haven't had the energy or wherewithal to track calories. I'm guessing that's okay since I haven't been eating much - maybe 2 small meals a day. I haven't lost anything, so that's 2 weeks without progress, but, at least I haven't gained any either.

I'm going to try to start tracking my calories again, and focus on feeling better. I'm sure once I start eating right again, I'll feel better soon because my body is getting the right nutrition to heal. I have a bad habit of just letting the sick feeling in my body kind of take over everything else.

So my goal for this week is to overcome whatever is hitting me, and get back on track again!
