I love being hungry!

Don't get me wrong, I'm not starving myself so I can feel hungry. But before I started at SparkPeople, I was never hungry. I ate my 3 meals (usually large ones) a day when I was suppose to and snacked when I was craving. I very rarely actually felt hungry.
But now, I am exercising regularly and watching what I eat. I only eat the calories allotted for me based on my weight and activity level. I eat a snack or a meal when I get hungry, but that doesn't cause me to go over my calories because I'm only eating enough to satisfy me.
Am I perfect? No. Sometimes I snack when I'm not hungry. This Friday will be dangerous because I'm going to a Christmas party (but I'm going for a long walk before it and walking home from it!). But since joining SparkPeople, I have learned to let myself get hungry and it feels great!
