Day #164 - Day #1 new meal plan

Yesterday was my rest day so no workout.

Today is day #1 0f the 50 million pound 30 day diet plan I'm using again. Since this is the month of various celebrations/parties/foodie events I'm going to use this on those days I have absolutely nothing going on. Hopefully on those days when there are events I will use the meal plan to make wiser choices. I use this plan before and if I recall correctly I lost 8-10 pounds that month. I was working out but not like I am now.

One thing it does take is lots of discipline with preparing meals. I even got up 30 minutes early this morning and still somehow left late emoticon . You basically eat 4 meal and 2 snacks a day. Most veggies, fruit, turkey, fish and chicken. I don't typically have a snack at night so I'll probably skip that.

I weighed this morning which is my typcial sneak peek in between weigh-ins. So I'll be able to tell if I've lost any weight in the next 3 days of doing this. I won't have a full week on the plan until next Thursday. So stay tune...

Hopefully I'll have a few friends and family joining me on this one. We shall see...
