I'm currently doing my free trial week of spark coach. I'm doing the 30 day plateau busting section. I'm learning to remember to drink my four water bottles everyday and see how many days I can maintain the streak. Drinking water helps burn calories. I'm also learning to see non-scale victories so I don't get discouraged when the scale doesn't move. I thought my goal weight was going to be 135 but my Wii Me said it should be 125 so I'm going to try for that weight and hope to reach it by April. It's a long road but hey, I'm worth it! emoticon

Oh and I'm going to try to post pics more often so I can see the change.
