Today turned out to be a pretty good day. It was leisurely and relaxing while still being productive...not sure how I managed that. :) I also wasn't as sore as I was expecting, which is a nice surprise.

Workout plan and results: since today was an off day according to the C2HM (couch to half marathon, for those of you who haven't read my past blogs), I decided to do just half an hour of yoga. I've never been a big yoga buff, so the workout probably wasn't as relaxing as it should have been.

Tomorrow I start Week 2 of the program, which gives me a week of slack. I expect that time will be needed to deal with the Christmas/New Years holidays, but until then, I'll stick to the original plan.
