Day Two Back on Track

Well, today was a pretty good day. I had a healthy breakfast before I went to yoga. My downfall was veering away from my original plan to stop at the running store on my way to the gym after yoga. I had plans to get some sport beans before my 3 mile run, unfortunately I walked past a Starbucks. I caved...eggnog latte (I know...ugh). I got the small size and then did go to the gym to run the three miles.

Came directly home and had a greek yogurt to hold me until dinner. I have my lunch for the next two days prepared and my dinner for tomorrow (I have yoga at 6:45 and won't get home unitl close to 8). I cut up a bunch of veggies for salads and will make a healthy dinner with lots of greens tonight. I will make enough so that I have an additonal lunch this week.

Planning is half the battle. I won this one, see how things go the rest of the week. It is so important to be on track the next few weeks with the holidays fast approaching!!!
