A new month with old goals, LOL...

I'm still working on my diet/eating and this month things should change for the better...I pretty much have my meal plan figured out...just need to create some sort of spreadsheet to put it in so it will be easier to track/make adjustments...

Exercise will stay as it is now...5 days a week....

I'm about to do my hair and then relax....dinner will be baked garlic Parmesan chicken breast and green beans....yummy!!!!
