Getting better at eating on my weekends to work. Ate much better today! Stressing alittle about Christmas... Very little money for the kids presents i always find a way but its stressful none the less.

My goals for December
1. Lose at least 5 pds
2. Gym 3 a week , minium of 2 Power class
3. No fast food
4. Do something nice for myself once a week

Focus on eating healthy...Moving more!

    December has it challenges in so many different ways but with a plan we're better prepared to defeat the challenges. You've got a good plan in place. Wishing you success this month. Looking forward to hearing how it goes.

    Great goals! You know when the kids grow they will not remember the gifts that they get from you, but the gift you give them by being there for them. Time is the most precious gift you can give your children. emoticon
