Christmas Party

All dressed up and waiting to go… This evening is the PMLAA Christmas party which starts at 6. Since I have a few minutes, here I am.

We’ve had close to four inches of rain in the last couple days. Our seasonal creek is running. Spent yesterday doing more housework.

The Friends of Groveland Fire Dept committee came over last night so we could return the checks and pledges. Since we were unsuccessful in saving our fire dept., we returned all the conditional funds. After the work was done, most everyone stayed and we just shot the breeze. It was fun. Interesting where conversations will turn.

Today was more staying inside. Really didn’t do much but the day went by quick enough. We watched an old Alfred Hitchcock movie. It wasn’t one of his best but it made the afternoon go by.
