Tired of eating the same old stuff?

Here are some of their best ideas. Whether you've got the mid-afternoon munchies or a late-night craving, none of these favorites will cost you many values.

"Pitas! I can't live without them; they have so many uses. Make pita chips or slice them into two layers and toast them for two tostada shells!"
"Ground turkey breast! The meal possibilities are endless! Whether it's sloppy joes, turkey tacos, spaghetti sauce, turkey loaf or turkey burgers, I can find a million ways to make it."
"Vegetable quesadillas. I eat them all the time with fat-free sour cream; they are so filling."
"Gum! gum has saved me on many a day when I wanted to eat, eat, eat."

"Grape tomatoes — great for guilt-free snacking."
"Tomato juice with horseradish and hot sauce — just like having a Bloody Mary. I like to drink it while making dinner."
"A Boca Burger, Bun, Cheese. They make a low-calorie cheeseburger I can't live without!"

"Pirate's Booty. I wish this goody wasn't so popular because my supermarket constantly runs out of it."

    Foods that keep me inspired:
    Fresh REAL food, none of which have artificial sweeteners or have had fat removed (aka low fat whatever, like cheese...or a cheese-like product).

    Farm fresh eggs, whole grain breads, my Hippi Granola (I'm totally addicted to it!), and lately the pears have been amazingly good and I've been getting these carrots that are mixed colours that have very subtle differences in flavours. There are deep burgundy carrots that have orange centres, yellow carrots, pale orange and bright orange.

    I eat mainly organic foods and if I can't find a Canadian organic source of food, I buy locally grown foods. I didn't know until recently that when produce crosses the border between the U.S. and Canada, organic or not, it get sprayed with pesticide!!

    Yum! I love grape tomatoes. And veggie quesadillas sounds like something that would be really good too. emoticon

    I like the idea of pita chips. I will have to try to make them and have a better control on the ingredients and not feel deprived. I like crunchy food. Thanks for the ideas

    my sister lost 105 pounds walking 15000 steps day

    i lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and suary products.

    i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.

    i use a kids fork . it takes brain 20 minutes to say your full.
