Exercise is literally painful for me at this point because my pelvic muscles are really loose this pregnancy. Since pretty much the time we got our positive pregnancy test my pelvic muscles have been hurting, at this point it hurts to walk or even to drive our stick shift car. I am hoping that delivery will ease up the pain so I can start walking for exercise again and I hope to get into a water aerobics class. I am currently around about 230 pounds maybe more, I don't get on the scale unless I am at the doctors office at this point, too depressing. I only have 6 more weeks until this baby is due, and I am basically just hoping to survive it. I am in so much pain. We have decided that two is our magic number and that one of us is getting fixed. My body will not handle another pregnancy. I plan to work into our fruits and veggies and get myself back up to the 5 a day. I am going to give it my all to get at least 10 minutes of walking on a treadmill in everyday before this baby comes. I have to start somewhere. At least I am drinking about 12 cups of water everyday so that is helping with some things.
