This past week I have really taken good steps to becoming healthy. The holidays are really a hard time to stay healthy and I gained a couple pounds over Thanksgiving. But my good friend Jenny and I have started a great workout routine where we get up early feed our horses, go the gym for a couple hours, then we ride. Tomorrow we are actually going to ride in Palo Duro Canyon which will be a workout. I have been feeling so much healthier ever since we started this new routine! emoticon

I have also been trying to drink tons of water and I am currently drinking a detox drink all day today that is 3 quarts water, two lemons, half a cucumber, and speramint leaves fuzed over night. It is a lot of water and I'm having trouble remembering to keep drinking it but I'm trying! It's supposed to do really good things for your body. Also, starting tomorrow, over the next 7 days I will be drinking a drink that will help me loose my bloat from water weight. It's similar to the detox I am drinking today. It's all organic with water and fruits. I am also starting to drink a tbs of flaxseed oil that has omega-3 in it every day and take a Vitamin D supplement at night. I'm hoping to see some positive results in about a month. Oh! And of course I'm doing my best to sticking to eatting healthy. I'm so pumped about my new healthy choices!! emoticon
