Losing 20 by 3/1/2013

We are now headed for 2013 and it never fails every New Year's everyone sets the goal to lose weight. This time I am doing something different. I am not waiting for that New Year I don't want to procrastinate any more. I have set up a goal to lose 20lbs by 3/1/2013. I started the Body by Vi Challenge to help me with this. Today is Day 1.
