November Summary- Month 1 DONE!

Saturday, December 01, 2012

Well November flew by... and I have to say it was a very successful one! There were aha moments and there were struggles. I ate fruits, vegetables and proteins and also pasta, pizza and beer. Some days I went over my calories and some days under. Some days I wanted to throw in the towel and be a tubby bride and others I relished in the fact that my favorite jeans are getting easier to button. Some days I couldn't wait to get off and get to my workout and others I couldn't wait to get home and back under my covers. I experienced work luncheon temptations, a fiance who can eat whatever he wants and only get more attractive, Thanksgiving leftovers and late nights out with friends. I lost and gained and lost some more.

The one thing I never did was give up.

This is a journey my friends, not a race and there will be always be walking breaks in my marathon. The most important thing to me is that I finish, I could care less about my time.

October 31st, Halloween, 1 Day before my journey started:

November 30, 1 month down

10 pounds lost.
10296 calories burned.
1004 fitness minutes.
Days at the gym: 21/30
Days I smiled: 30/30
Tis' a glorious life I live and I'm off to go do just that! Body Pump with my maid of honor, baking Christmas cookies with Mom, then an Ugly Sweater Party with a long lost best friend from high school. Thank you all for your motivation and uplifting comments. If I could do it by myself I wouldn't be here!
