On August 28th, 2012 I started a program at my work to learn to live a healthier lifestyle. I was told it wasn't a weightloss program. It would be a program to teach me to control my stress, eat healthier, and learn to exercise. I only have two more weeks in the sixteen week program. I have learned to do yoga, control my stress with medittion techniques, and I am eating at least 80% healthier. I have lost only 5lbs but I know I have lost inches. I need to continue all things I have learned from this program so I am coming up with my own plan.
I will continue to do the exercises I have learned along with a session of yoga. I will add new healthy recipes to my menu planning. It's time to beef up my program and lose the weight with all my new tools.

    Sounds like a very viable program you could incorporate into this site. Dit and exercise are akey component of all successful adventures. Lifestyles are an important key to a healthy and less stressful life. Keep focused for successes. You can do it. Go for it.
