Day 29 & 30

This fall weather has been so chaotic Monday and Tuesday was so cold and yesterday and today has been much warmer than normal and it has effected my sinuses. While I am not really sick, I have been stuffed up and sniffling, which makes it much more difficult to workout.

Yesterday I had to go into Springfield and do some errands. While I did not do the 28 day workout, I did find a new park and took a 12 minute walk around the path. I definitely want to go back and check out Doling park again.

Today I did 20 minutes of the last day of the challenge. Since my sinuses are so stuffy I just didn't feel like I could do the whole workout. I will start tomorrow and restart the 28 day program again.

This has been a great month and I am looking forward to doing it again and improving.

    Good for you finding a new place to walk! I have often thought the Springfield parks would provide great opportunities for walkers. I love walking!
