Well go figure thanks to sparks and my spark friends...knowing I was keeping in touch and posting and staying accountable...I did a workout 6 days a week for the full entire month!!! It feels GREAT!!

And my calendar is all full with workouts!!!

Today I still feel yuckie because of aunt flows visit more so then yeterday actually...but I persevered and did a workout anyways! I did Les mills Pump Flow and 10 minute solution R R Pilates Full Body Blast Flow was easy but man those pilates moves are tuff!! But the workout felt was what my body needed!

Mom is baking apple crisp yet again is soooo hard not to eat that stuff! I am going to try my best and will stay away from it until tomorrow!!

No there no such thing as do or you don't!! (ummm will have to remember this!)
