November goals -results

I have to say this was my worst month ever as far as meeting my goals.
These were my goals:

Get to next level in Sparkpoints
* Stay in calorie range 5 out of 7 days
* Exercise 1500 minutes for the month
* Continue the run/jog Sparkpeople program
* Drink 5 glasses of water a day
* Cut down to 2 cans of pop per day

I did get to the next level in points, but that's the only goal I met. I had Thanksgiving at my house and then I got sick, so that's what did me in as far as exercising. The water and staying in my calories were not going well ever before the holiday. Even though it wasn't a goal I lost 6 pounds this month. Probably because I was cleaning the whole house and I didn't count that in the exercise tracker, but it must have helped. And when I was sick I didn't eat very much. Since next month should be busy too, I'm going to focus on cutting down the pop (soda) so I can be pop free in 2013.

    I know how it goes! I was sick this week too. It's that time of year. You DID lose 6 pounds, which is more than I lose in a month when I'm exercising daily (1 pound a week is about my max, thanks body), so that's a huge victory. Just take baby steps and work on those goals a little at a time. Try not to get too discouraged. You can do it!!
