December Goals.

Two posts in one day?! Don't worry, I won't do this a lot.

I joined Spark in mid November so I figured it would be a smart idea to set some goals for December. It will be tricky because I'm going to Phoenix with my family for Christmas and while I'll still be mindful of what I eat and we're going to do a lot of physical things (horseback riding, hiking, walking, etc), I won't be able to stick to my program EXACTLY. So that week will be semi exempt.

emoticon 800 total fitness minutes.
emoticon 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, whether it's Jillian Michaels' DVDs, a walk, a jog, etc. [Or 150 cardio minutes a week]
emoticon 10 minutes of strength 5 days a week [or 50 minutes of strength a week]
emoticon 8 cups of water every day. (Seriously, this is one of my most challenging goals to meet, and it shouldn't be!)
emoticon Lose 5 pounds. (I'd love it to be more, but I know how my body works.)

We'll see how I do! If I achieve all of these, I may reward myself with Christmas money somehow.
