Holidays...Help

These past few weeks have been a bit complicated; I have had to improvise my training schedule. The week of Thanksgiving my family and I took a 7 day cruise. If you think the Thanksgiving Holiday is challenging multiply that my 168 (7 days time 24 hours a day = 168) hours of temptation. All types of Food, Desserts not to mention the pretty drinks. It was hard I gave in more often than not.
When I walked on the ship I was at my lowest weight ever. When I returned I was plus 10; I could only hope in comes off as quickly as it got on. With that being said; I made it to the gym 5 out of 7 days; 2 of the days I went twice.
I’ve been back now for 6 days and had a great workout week, the pounds are come off rather quickly. My marathon training is taking a beating but I plan to pick it up full swing when I return. That’s right! I’m leaving again. In a few hours my favorite cousin and I are taking a 4 1/ 2 road trip to see my 22 year old daughter. I hope that I’m able to stay on track….
