Moving Day(s)!

Such a busy long day! It's been pack-pack-pack and clean-clean-clean around here...but I did go running for an hour and 25 minutes this morning, and then I had Zumba this evening. I know I should only do one OR the other in a given day, but this was my last opportunity for both activities. I wanted to do one final run of my usual route around the area where I live as sort of a farewell tour, and then this was the last Zumba session I was going to have with my Zumba buddies, so I had to do that too! At least I made sure to put some more moderate-intensity dances on the CD than usual so that I wouldn't totally kill myself.

Good-bye, West Virginia! Thank you for being the place I called home during some of the biggest and best events of my life - getting married (though we did that in Virginia, but still...we were WV residents at the time), finishing my MA, getting my foot in the door to start my museum career, starting my weight loss process and more than meeting my goal! Unfortunately, it's also where we lived during one of the most painful experiences I've gone through - the current infertility due to overdoing the weight loss. But I am getting better now, and I will hopefully become fertile again soon.

Now on to new adventures and accomplishments and health in our new home!

Assuming we manage to finish all this packing and cleaning by tomorrow at noon... :)
