I am working with the SparkCoach program and today's theme was to create new goals. I actually have been working on this prior to today's theme.
Healthy Eating Goals:
* Add 1 more vegetable serving per day. I am currently at 5, I want to reach 7 or 8, but I need to make small choices.
Fitness Goals:
* Aim for 4 consecutive days of 10+ minutes of exercise. I am currently at 2 consecutive, but I want to add more.

By making these small changes, I think I can get going again.
Let's see.
