Daily Update - Nov 29th, 2012

I think I had a pretty good day yesterday. I didn't get my 10 minutes of exercise in until right before bed, but I did make sure to get it in. LOL. So, here's the list for yesterday:

Must Do:

1. Do 10 min cardio - did = 1
2. Stay within Calorie Range - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - got 10 = 1.25
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Go to work - did = 1

Remaining List:

1. Cook Supper or Do dishes - did not do = 0
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Go to bed no later than 12am - did by 12:30 = 0.5
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) - did = 1
5. Have a shower - did not do = 0

7.75/5 = 155% YAY! Another good day. I'm getting pretty consistent which is nice. Here's my list for today:

4. Brush Teeth -
5. Go to meeting -

Remaining List:

1. Cook Supper or Do dishes -
2. Relax for 15 min -
3. Go to bed no later than 12am -
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) -
5. Have a shower -

I'm going to have another good day! I can feel it!
