    Hey there! Sounds like you're doing great with your goals! I think it's great that you are taking a careful look at your sweets but don't get too hung up on them... to me it sounds like they are in perfect moderation. I have the same problem with eating too many sweets but if that's something you like then don't beat yourself up if you're having one sweet treat a day (esp. if it's reasonable, which yours totally are.) That house you're in is amazing! Jealous of that sofa, ottoman combo. I haven't read you disorganization post yet but I think it sounds like you're really on top of everything! Give yourself the credit you deserve. ;)

    I still can't figure out how to make omeletes, so thanks for the tip! Sweet stuff is okay. You can totally fit small things into your calories. I do it every day and still stay in my ranges! Blueberries are super good for you - my secret is I have at least a cup of unsweetened frozen ones in a smoothie I eat daily (or almost every day). I just am not a huge blueberry fan so I have to sneak them into other things. Sounds like you had a great week with a lot of great reflections. Glad to hear it all!
