Every time I move, it takes a little time to get adjusted and to figure everything out. It's been about 3 months now. I LOVE our new apartment. It is so bright and the view from our balcony is AMAZING! We also have some really nice neighbors. For the first time since getting married (2 years in February), I'm making friends! It's so nice to know and be friends with other women who are going through similar life experiences.

I haven't been awesome at working out. I have only worked out off and on since moving in and I just haven't gotten below 146lbs. Technically, I'm overweight by 5 lbs. That needs to stop! AND about a month ago I found out that my uncle is Diabetic. That means that EVERYONE in my moms family has Diabetes. Yikes! I do not want to get it too! So, it's definitely motivated me to figure out how to fix my lifestyle.

I've joined the 8 week Diabetes Challenge. I've also challenged myself to workout EVERY DAY until the end of the year. I don't want to be considered overweight anymore and I don't want to be at risk for Diabetes. December could be a tough month to do this, but I can and I have to.

I've gone one week so far and I feel great. Please help keep me accountable :)

Here we are and I know I don't look bad. I carry my weight well, I guess. That, and I'm hiding behind my daughter :)

    What fabulous pictures! Is this the view out of your apartment? If so, it's STUNNING! And you DO look great in your photo. Continuing with your healthy lifestyle will just help you feel better, and ensure you'll be around for a LONG time to enjoy your beautiful family!
