Quick and Honest

I have things I want and/or need to say, and simply no time to spend on a proper blog post. So, I'm going to try for a quick and dirty update and hope I'm not too frustrated at it not being "just right".

I've fallen off track. I'm eating terribly, I've slacked of on exercising. Simply put, I'm doing a pretty awful job at taking care of myself and it shows. My moods are unstable, my pain levels are going up, my sleep quality is going down. There are reasons. Several injuries, significant increase in stress and workload at my job... Regardless, its not good for me. The upside?? I'm only up about 4-5 pounds. It's not horrible. But I have to get back on track. So, today I am. I'm setting goals, I'm asking others to help me with them and I'm going to be back on track. I deserve it.

    I too have been slacking and am ready to get back on track. We started this together and now we can re-motivate each other to get back on track. You can do this and you DESERVE it! emoticon emoticon
